Refund policy

EDESSA applies a 15-day return policy for unused products. You can return the product without stating a reason within 15 days from the date of receipt. Our conditions for your return request to be accepted:

 

• The product must be unused

• The product and its accessories must not be damaged.

• Return request must be sent to us via e-mail within 15 days of receiving the Product.

• The invoice of the product must be attached to the return cargo.

• Return shipping must be covered by the customer who placed the order.

After the product reaches EDESSA and the necessary examinations are made, you will be informed via the e-mail address you shared with us during the purchase process. If your return request is approved, the product price will be refunded to your account within 15 days.

You can also request the exchange of the product within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product. The conditions required for the approval of the exchange request are the same as the return conditions. Shipping cost for Returns and Exchanges belongs to the customer. EDESSA does not accept responsibility for cargo lost or damaged during the return and exchange process.
